Modern Psychotherapy is typically administered from a client-centered perspective. At Healing Shop Therapy, a session will normally begin with an assessment of your overall health and concerns. Collaboratively, you will form goals for therapy with your counsellor. The counsellor will then develop a treatment plan and work with you to achieve your goals. Sessions may include learning new skills, emotions or trauma processing, talk- therapy, cognitive restructuring, and behavioural interventions along with many other therapy styles depending on your needs.
